Blessing Lawal is a seasoned finance executive and strategic leader with extensive experience in financial management, internal audit, compliance, and administrative leadership. As the Director and CEO of GSFEN Worldwide Limited, Blessing spearheads the organization’s growth, ensuring operational excellence and driving strategic initiatives that align with the company's mission of promoting socio-economic development and financial literacy.
Blessing holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Adekunle Ajasin University, Nigeria, an MBA in Business Administration from the Metropolitan School of Business & Management, UK, and a Master’s in Management Information Systems from the Pakistan Institute of Computer Science and Skills. With over 17 years of experience in the financial sector, Blessing has held key leadership roles at some of the world’s leading organizations, including Serco Group Plc UK, First Bank of Nigeria (FBN Insurance), Tesco, Amazon, Peace Microfinance Bank, and VISA Microfinance Bank. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated his expertise in financial control, internal auddevelopmev, and human resources. His ability to lead both people and processes has resulted in significant improvements in organizational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
In addition to his corporate achievements, Blessing’s leadership extends beyond business. As a Professor of Human Rights (Honoris Causa), he is passionate about advancing human rights and contributing to global discussions on equity and justice. He also serves as a motivational speaker and coach, mentoring individuals across the globe, and inspiring the next generation of leaders.

Blessing is a strong advocate for process improvement and regulatory compliance, having successfully led numerous internal audits, risk assessments, and forensic accounting initiatives. His hands-on leadership approach has fostered a culture of excellence and accountability, positioning him as a key driver of operational success at GSFEN Worldwide.
Outside of his professional life, Blessing enjoys traveling, music, and spending quality time with his family. He is married to Oyebimpe Caroline Lawal, and they are blessed with children. Oyebimpe Caroline Lawal

Oyebimpe Caroline Lawal is a dynamic and accomplished professional with a strong background in both economics and human resource management. She currently serves as the General Manager of GSFEN Worldwide Limited, where she brings her extensive expertise and leadership skills to drive the company’s strategic growth and operations.

Caroline holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Ado Ekiti, an M.Sc. in Economics from Kwara State University, and an M.Sc. in Human Resources Management from the University of Salford, UK. Her academic foundation, combined with her practical experience, has shaped her into a versatile leader adept at managing both people and complex organizational structures.

Before her role at GSFEN, Caroline built a solid career in the public sector, where she served as the Senior Assistant Registrar at the College of Health Sciences and Technology in Ijero Ekiti, Nigeria. This role honed her administrative capabilities and further cemented her reputation as an efficient and strategic leader.

She is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Administration and the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), reflecting her dedication to professional excellence and continuous development.
Outside of her professional life, Caroline enjoys adventure and loves meeting new people, which aligns with her passion for exploring new horizons and building meaningful connections. She is married to Blessing Lawal, and together, they are blessed with wonderful children.

Diplomat Tahir Shabani Tahir Shabani

​Tahir Shabani is an accomplished diplomat and international relations expert with over 30 years of experience in global diplomacy. He currently serves as the Vice President for Europe at GSFEN Worldwide Limited, where he is responsible for overseeing the organization’s European operations and fostering international socio-economic development partnerships.
Tahir’s career in diplomacy spans more than three decades, with extensive experience at the United Nations Office in Geneva. His deep knowledge of international diplomacy, global governance, and conflict resolution has made him a respected figure in the field, with a commitment to advancing global friendship and cooperation.

In addition to his role at GSFEN Worldwide, Tahir is the President of the Franco-Albanian Friendship Association, an organization based in France that promotes cultural, economic, and social ties between France and Albania. Through this platform, Tahir has been instrumental in building bridges of understanding and collaboration between nations, reflecting his lifelong dedication to fostering global unity and peace.
